Martina coaches you without making it feel like she’s coaching you. From that first conversation, I got the sense that she really knew what she was talking about as an expert in the space. Working with Martina made it feel like she was one of our team. She stopped me from spinning my wheels and helped me focus on the important things. I got a lot from working with Martina and really appreciated her guidance and advice.

The workshop was very well-received! It was clear that Martina had structured the workshop carefully, selecting materials to suit a variety of levels of experience within our group, and clearly explaining new and sometimes complex concepts. She used interactive sections to help participants stay engaged in the online environment and was very responsive to questions. This was our second time engaging Martina for a workshop, and again we got great feedback, and plan to work with her again in the future.

Martina’s enthusiasm for evaluation is catching. She translates key concepts in ways that clients and stakeholders can easily and enjoyably engage with to effectively enable learning.
What Martina doesn’t know about grant writing isn’t worth knowing! Her knowledge and passion for mentoring other grant writers are unmatched, and she generously shares her experience via her course and 1:1 coaching calls. ‘Martina’s broad knowledge based on her experience and her excellent facilitation skills were the highlight of the workshop.’
‘Martina is really skilled in adapting evaluation practice and theory to real-world situations. She is a highly skilled communicator, she knows her stuff, and I can guarantee it [her training] will be great fun.’
‘I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Martina on a couple of evaluations. She is one of the best qualitative methods people I know, and she has coached my team to deliver some excellent work. If you’ve got a little training budget to spend before the end of the financial year, it’d be worth signing up for [her training].’

This is such an enjoyable course! Martina really shows the whole cycle of grant writing, and there are tips galore, transcripts for each of the videos and really helpful worksheets to use when you’re doing the work. The course is super easy to navigate, and the lessons are all bite-sized, so you can do as many as you want without feeling overwhelmed. I’m so pleased to have completed (yes, a course you will complete and not leave in a dusty folder somewhere on your computer)!
